As both a qualified psychotherapist and physical therapist, my approach at The Mind and Body Coach offers a unique blend of mental and physical well-being. My method is designed to help clients navigate body image concerns while promoting overall wellness and self-acceptance.

Whether you’re dealing with eating disorders like anorexia, bulimia, or binge eating, or you’re struggling with body dysmorphia or cosmetic addictions, my holistic method can provide the support you need.

With over twenty years of experience as a personal fitness coach, I have helped clients overcome body image challenges and achieve lasting changes in their lives. By combining therapeutic interventions, tailored movement exercises, and mindfulness techniques, my method empowers you to develop a positive body image and take control of your mental and physical well-being. My goal is to help you not only look strong but feel strong—mentally, physically, and emotionally.

In addition to the Mind & Body Coach method, I run a dedicated psychotherapy practice, offering face-to-face sessions at my studio in Liphook, as well as online and telephone sessions. This flexibility allows me to help clients both locally in Surrey, Hampshire, and Petersfield, and nationally or even internationally. Whether you’re seeking support for mental health challenges or looking to improve your physical well-being, I am here to provide a safe, supportive environment for your journey.

Over the past two years, I have also volunteered as a counsellor at The Fountain Centre at the Royal Surrey County Hospital. Here, I provide short-term psychotherapy for clients facing the challenging circumstances of living with cancer. My work involves exploring emotions such as fear, anxiety, grief, and loss, and it is an incredibly rewarding privilege to help those who feel out of control and uncertain about the future.

Additionally, I have worked with Petersfield Counselling Service, assisting clients in dealing with various forms of mental distress. Using techniques like CBT, Expressive Arts Therapy, and Talk Therapy, I encourage clients to engage with their unconscious and address any repressed memories that may be causing anxiety, pain, or other challenges. This work has deepened my understanding of the mind-body connection and the importance of a holistic approach to therapy.
